GANT Celebrates Its Nautical Heritage-Spetses Classic Yacht Regatta 2025

GANT proudly completed its participation as an official supporter in Greece’s most prestigious event for classic and traditional yachts, the Spetses Classic Yacht Regatta 2025. True to its timeless passion for elegance and authenticity, GANT once again made a strong presence this year, honoring its deep maritime heritage.

With sailors from Greece and abroad, members of the Board of Directors of the Yacht Club of Greece (NOE), the SCYR Organizing Committee, sponsors, and friends of the event all in attendance, this year’s regatta was a true celebration of sailing, history, and timeless style.

A highlight of GANT’s presence was its collaboration with the legendary yacht AELLO, one of the most iconic classic vessels of the Greek fleet, captained by Filippos Stratos with Panagiotis Kalamatianos as skipper, as well as the honorary "Gold Sponsor Award" it received. GANT exclusively dressed the AELLO crew, designing two distinct looks — a functional, elegant look for the regattas, combining polos and chinos with GANT’s preppy aesthetic to provide comfort and freedom of movement, and a smart-casual outfit for the award ceremonies, featuring classic shirts, signature nautical elements, and a modern tailoring approach.

GANT’s presence at this year’s event was a natural continuation of the brand’s long-standing connection with nautical style and sailing tradition. Since its inception, GANT has drawn inspiration from the world of the sea, offering collections that blend heritage design with contemporary references.
